ESTATE MECHANIZATION ENGINEER (to be based in Miri HQ)
Principal Responsibilities :
• To test, innovate/develop relevant machinery that can be adopted into plantation operation which can improve workers productivity.
• Work closely with estate operation managers to plan/identify area & mechanization needs in plantation operation.
• To review, analyse and implement estate mechanization projects.
• Prepare or improve engineering designs and plans for agricultural machinery/equipment.
• Provide competency/technical training to machine operators and mechanic.
• Prepare and present mechanization report to management.
Requirements :
• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Agricultural Engineering from recognized university.
• Working experience, interest and exposure with engine, hydraulics, agricultural machinery & PLC will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, research & data gathering skills.
• Able work independently & communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Possess valid driving license & willing to travel.
TRAINEE ENGINEER (STATIONED AT THE MILLS)
Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for any engineering tasks including performing practical and administrative duties assigned by the Mill Manager or superior.
- Completion of all assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Monitor each assigned task, prepare progress reports till completion of assigned task.
- Prepare daily production report, complete the maintenance monitoring list/history card etc.
- Assist the superior in daily operation (process/ utility / maintenance) on rotation basis.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills, integrity and self-motivated with ability to work independently within a set time line and a strong team player.
OPERATION MANAGER (To be based in Estate)
Principal Responsibilities
- In charge of day-to-day running of estate operation.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Plantation Management / Agricultural Science or in any related discipline.
- Minimum seven (7) years working experience in executive or managerial position in oil palm plantation.
- Experience in managing peat and mineral soil estate will be an added advantage.
RESEARCH OFFICER / PLANT BREEDER
Principal Responsibilities
- To monitor all research crossing (DXD, DXT, TXP, TXT)
- To monitor all breeding work (Yield Recording, Bunch Analysis and Vegetative Measurement)
- To compile and to analyse research data
- Look after research project such as:

Requirements
- Possess Degree in Breeding/Agriculture/Plant Science/Genetic from recognized university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in oil palm research
Lab Manager (Based In Kuching)
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage the overall laboratory operation and implementation of MS ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system.
- Ensure timely execution of chemical analysis and issuance of test results to the customers.
- Oversee the laboratory management on marketing, administrative, financial and purchasing.
- Schedule maintenance and development of equipment calibration and repair. QAQC procedures, measurement uncertainty, method development, validation and verification procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate internal audit, external assessment, risk assessment and management system review.
- Administer laboratory’s participation in proficiency testing program, staff training and competency monitoring.
- Liaise with customers on the technical support of the analytical testing services.
- Ensure continuous compliance of laboratory safety, requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Possesses Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the laboratory management.
- Registered with Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM).
- Possesses knowledge on MS ISO/IEC 17025 laboratorymanagement system.
- Possesses excellent technical knowledge with hands on expericence on a wide range of standard analytical methonds, equipment and instrumentation for fertilizer, plant, soil, water and FFB analysis.
- Familiar with laboratory safety practices, policies and legal requirements.
Account Officer (To be based at Miri HQ)
Principal Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform analytical review of estates / mills costing for management reporting purposes.
- Coordinate in preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget.
- Verify/confirm creditors claim/invoice submissions and ensure all claims/payments submission is as per Company’s policies and procedures and supporting documents are compiled accordingly.
- Verify various reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, creditors’ reconciliations, debtors’ reconciliations etc and any other accounting reconciliation.
- Assist Account Managers in corporate reporting, analysis and any other accounting matters.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Professional degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Those with supporting professional accreditations (e.g. CPA or ACCA) will have an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and proficient in computerized accounting system.
- Possess strong analytical skills, integrity and self-motivated with ability to work independently within a set time line and a strong team player.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Principle Responsibilities
- Liaison person between the managers, staff
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and confidentially
- Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate events
- Manage travel arrangements – flights, accommodation and ground transport
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, draft correspondence, prepare reports and presentation, follow up for weekly and monthly reports from estates and mills
- Devise and maintain office filing system, source office supplies
- Any other work as assigned by the COO
Requirements
- Possess Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance/Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge or prior working experience in oil palm industry is advantageous.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong time management and organization skills

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and compilation of data for monthly management reporting.
- Process accounting transactions, such as receipts and payments, receivables and payables, fixed assets etc.
- Prepare reconciliations – bank, creditors’ and debtors’ reconciliation and any other reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation and compilation of documents and transaction recording for treasury function.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

FIELD SUPERVISOR
Principal Responsibilities
- To supervise daily estate operation activities such as harvesting, manuring, upkeep and maintenance.
Requirements
- Possess at least a SPM/STPM or certificate from SAVTI or any relevant discipline.
- Have experience in immature area or new development area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license.
SURVEYOR (To be station at North Region)
Principal Responsibilities
- Focal person for survey matters and issues and lead and guide the survey team in performing their work assignments.
- Convert paper-based maps to digital-based maps for all Company’s properties.
- Produce, provide and analyse data from a range of sources such as aerial photography and satellite survey.
- Liaise and assist plantation operation department on survey matters.
- Conduct ground and aerial survey of new land development areas.
- Responsible for issuing the survey certificate for payment purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Geomatic/GIS/Remote Sensing or any equivalent discipline.
- Experience in conducting survey in forestry or oil palm industry will be an added advantage.
- Versatile and able to use both conventional (GPS) and state of the art technology such as drone.
- Possess knowledge of GIS, CAD and general IT skills.
- Able to work independently, travel and work in rural areas.

STORE CLERK (To be based in Estate)
Principal Responsibilities
- Keep the store in an organized, safe and clean condition.
- Responsible to receive items and place them in allocated racks within the store.
- To perform systems activities for store.
- Carry out monthly physical stock count and ensure that the balance ties with the ones in the system.
- Assist and support store manager to run the store efficiently.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by Superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or higher.
- Preferable male candidate.
- Willing to be relocated in remote area.
- Preferably 1 year or more working experience in plantation field.
