Iswandi Bin Ayub
Chief Operating Officer
Iswandi Bin Ayub holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Nanotechnology from Massey University, New Zealand. He joined the Group in 2012 as a trainee at Niah Palm Oil Mill and was appointed as a Research Executive in 2013. He set up the Strategic Innovation Centre for the Group in 2014. He was appointed Acting Head Plantation Operation on 22 August 2017 and as the Chief Operating Officer on 2 April 2018. He currently serves as a member of the Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) for Focus Area of Mechanization and Automation of MPOB.
Koay Bee Eng
Chief Financial Officer
Koay Bee Eng holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She joined the Group as its Corporate Finance Manager in 2007. She was appointed the Chief Financial Officer in March 2014.
Trina Tan Yang Li
Human Resource, Legal and Secretarial Manager
Trina Tan Yang Li holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) and a Master of Laws, both from Queen Mary College, University of London. She is a Member of the Middle Temple, London and has also been admitted to the High Court of Malaya and the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak. She joined the Group as its Legal Officer in 2000. She was appointed the Corporate Legal and Secretarial Manager in February 2008 and the Human Resource, Legal and Secretarial Manager in August 2018.
Dayang Nong Ajibah Awang Zaidi
Group Accounts Manager
Dayang Nong Ajibah binti Awang Zaidi holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Management (Finance and Accounting) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She joined the Group in 2004 and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2012 in charge of financial accounting and operation of the Group. She was redesignated as Group Accounts Manager in August 2018.
